FAQ

  • All our classes are developed using the most up-to-date recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, government agencies, and peer reviewed journals and books. We provide the references for all information upon request for our clients.

  • If you choose a private class package, you will be prompted to select a date and time for your class, agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. If you book a group session, you will also be prompted to agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. You will immediately receive a confirmation email, as well as a reminder email a few days before the event.

  • Paula Rosales, our founder and owner, takes joy and pride in developing all our courses and teaching them. Please visit the “About” section to learn more about her background in nursing.

  • No recording (audio or video) of classes, or photography of slides, is permitted.

  • When you book a concierge service, you will be prompted to select a date and time for the intake call, agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. You will immediately receive a confirmation email from us and one of our concierge experts will call you at the chosen time.

  • We serve the following counties: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Rockwall.

  • Cancellations for private classes made with less than 24 hours’ notice (by email or phone) are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

    Cancellations for concierge service intake appointments made with less than 24 hours’ notice (by email or phone) are also not eligible for rescheduling or refunds. Once the intake call for concierge services has been completed, no refunds will be issued.

    Private classes and concierge service appointments may be rescheduled at no charge when more than 24 hours’ notice is provided (by email or phone).

    Appointments may be rescheduled up to two times. After a second reschedule, the appointment will be considered final and no refunds or additional reschedules will be permitted.

    There are no refunds for purchased classes or services if you choose not to schedule your appointment. Services are non-transferable.

    Missed group classes will not be refunded and are not eligible to be rescheduled.

    Please allow 2–4 weeks for all approved refunds to be processed and received.

  • Yes, private class packages take place in our clients’ homes.

  • We ask for a quiet area of your home that will have minimal interruptions. There should also be enough seating for the participants and the instructor. If you would like class slides to be shown on your TV, Wifi access will be necessary.
