Concierge Services

We know that the “to-do list” prior to a baby’s arrival is long and can feel overwhelming. We are excited to provide concierge services to help parents accomplish many of these tasks. This service will lighten your load and save you hours of research and worry by connecting you with the right vendors.

We match customers with vendors based on their needs and we coordinate first appointments!

Below you will find some examples of vendors we can help with:

  • Maternity and/or newborn photographer

  • Travel agent for your baby-moon needs

  • Nursery decorator or interior designer

  • Party planner for baby showers and gender reveals

  • Caterers and other party vendors

  • Home organizers, house cleaners, or home chef services

We can also help with the following:

  • Assist with hospital bag preparation.

  • Gift shopping, wrapping, and delivery.

  • Plan fun and romantic date nights and make reservations.

Each service includes the following: 

  • 15-minute intake call to discuss your concierge needs. 

  • Follow up email and call providing all details of completed task.

  • Please note that if products will be purchased or services require a deposit to be scheduled, the customer will be responsible for this in addition to the $100 task fee.

 FAQs

  • All our classes are developed using the latest recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, government agencies, and peer reviewed journals and books. We provide the references for all information upon request.

  • Once you choose a package, you will be prompted to select a date and time for your class, agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and we will see you on the day of your class. We arrive 15 minutes before the class to allow for set up.

  • Paula Rosales, our founder and owner, takes joy and pride in developing all our courses and teaching them.

  • Once you choose the concierge package, you will be prompted to select a date and time for the intake call, agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and one of our concierge experts will call you at the chosen time.

  • Dallas- Fort Worth (DFW).

  • Cancellations for classes and concierge intake calls with less than 24 hours notice will be charged half of the regular appointment fee. Please keep this in mind and let us know early about any anticipated changes. There is no fee to reschedule appointments with more than 24 hours of notice.

  • Yes, if you purchase an at-home packaged class. We offer small group classes once a month in various DFW locations. Please keep an eye out for information on our website.

  • We ask for a quiet area in your home that will have minimal interruptions. We also ask that there be enough seating for the participants and the instructor.
