All our classes are developed using the latest recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics, government agencies, and peer reviewed journals and books. We provide the references for all information upon request.

Once you choose a package, you will be prompted to select a date and time for your class, agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and we will see you on the day of your class.

Paula Rosales, our founder and owner, takes joy and pride in developing all our courses and teaching them.

Once you choose the concierge package, you will be prompted to select a date and time for the intake call, agree to the terms and conditions, and make a payment. You will then receive a confirmation email from us and one of our concierge experts will call you at the chosen time.

We serve the following counties: Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, and Rockwall.

Cancellations for classes and concierge intake calls with less than 24 hour notice will be charged half of the regular appointment fee. Please keep this in mind and let us know early about any anticipated changes. There is no fee to reschedule appointments with more than 24 hour of notice.

Yes, if you purchase an at-home packaged class. We offer small group classes once a month in various DFW locations. Please keep an eye out for information on our website.

We ask for a quiet area of your home that will have minimal interruptions. We also ask that there be enough seating for the participants and the instructor.
